- 1 / 5By John GearheartWent there tonight for dinner. We have ate there before and it was pretty good. Tonight was awful. The food was so burnt the breading on the chicken fried steak was black and hard as a rock. The meal had no flavor other than burnt. We had asked for a small amount of jalapeño instead of the normal amount. I guess a little bit is a half a jar. I think they used the jalapeños to cover up the rest of the meal. I can't believe anyone would put out food like that. You must have a new cook. I asked the waitress but she said it was the same person cooking. It's obvious he is not a good fry cook, maybe partaking of a little to much of the spirits or just don't care. The waitress was very nice and offered us something else but who would want something else out of that kitchen. They took the meal off our ticket. I don't think we will be back.September 03, 2016
